Important Dates to Remember

    Photos and descriptions are due from every artist to be included in the digital version of the IMMERSE Program and Schedule.

  • ✺ Jan 10 ✺

    For artists on stages, your stage plot is due. Scroll down below to find the upload link for Stage Plots.

  • ✺ Jan 15 ✺

    For Stage Artists, tracks and video content are due. Scroll down below to find the upload links for Music Tracks and/or Video content (if Video applies to your piece). This is the final day for tech changes.

VIDEO SCREEN CONTENT

For those on the LED wall stage, click here to upload your FINAL version of the video playing during your performance. Please make sure your Artist manager has been provided with the appropriate info for when the content is played.

MUSIC TRACKS

For those utilizing music tracks in their performance, upload your FINAL version of the track in this folder. Please make sure your Artist manager has been provided with any notes your stage manger will need to know regarding your track.

  • Reach out to your Artist Manager for assistance if your upload isn’t working.

  • Reach out to your Artist Manager to let them know you would like to upload another version of your file. Please make sure to inform them, so we avoid playing the wrong track during the festival! Communicating the change is of utmost importance!

  • Payments for most artists will be issued in March of 2026. If you move or plan on moving prior to March 2026, you’ll want to submit an updated W-9. Reach out to your Artist Manager to let them know your address has changed and we’ll arrange for an update to your records.
